Savannah Leadership Council

The Savannah Leadership Council is comprised of business and community leaders who are passionate about solving childhood cancer and eager to engage with the CURE Childhood Cancer team toward that end. The council will provide guidance and leadership to CURE’s Savannah staff in growing brand awareness and engagement in Savannah and surrounding communities. This group will serve as ambassadors for the organization, supporting events and fundraising efforts and inviting others to join the CURE community.

To strategically advance the mission of CURE Childhood Cancer in the Savannah region, SLC members serve on at least one committee that aligns with their interests, strengths, and professional networks. Each committee plays a critical role in growing awareness, strengthening community relationships, and generating resources that fund research and support families.

CURE Fund Committee (Purpose: To champion philanthropic investment in CURE Childhood Cancer and strengthen long-term financial sustainability in the South GA region. )

Community Engagement & Patient Family Services Committee (Purpose: To strengthen CURE’s presence in the South GA region by expanding community awareness, deepening partnerships, and supporting local patient families.)

Events Committee (Purpose: To serve as ambassadors and strategic advisors for CURE South Georgia's fundraising and cultivation events.)
