Pratt Summers is Vice President for Colonial Terminals, a subsidiary of Savannah-based, family-owned conglomerate Colonial Group which manages energy, marine terminal, chemical, and manufacturing subsidiaries and ranks as one of Georgia’s largest private companies. Pratt currently serves on the Board of Directors for the International Liquid Terminals Association. Past Board Chairmanships include The United Way of the Coastal Empire, the Administrative Board of Springfield United Methodist Church, and Ebenezer Elementary PTSO. Pratt and his wife Kim are natives of Atlanta but have called Effingham County their home for the last twenty-nine years. They have three children, Anna Marie, Walker, and Weston.
