Patrick was diagnosed in August 2024 at 11 years old with Embryonal Rhabdomyosarcoma. What started as a simple ear infection ended up being more than we ever imagined. He has remained positive through his treatment of chemo and proton radiation. Patrick loves sports and focused on being strong enough for his baseball season. He showed up every practice and game and gave it his all, some days even after treatment. He has the best group of friends who have been by his side since day one. It’s honestly been the love and support from family friends and the whole community that keeps him going. There’s been some hard days but he chooses to focus more on the good ones. He unfortunately, had to miss his sixth grade year, but is now back in seventh grade and enjoying every second. We truly believe in the power of prayer and can’t wait to watch Patrick ring the bell at the end of his treatment.
