Mason started having back pain in January of this year. We treated it as a muscle strain untill the pain became unbearable. We came to children’s in Savannah and they said he had several vertebral compression fractions. It did not get better over the following month and a return er visit in April, a couple weeks after turning 14, came news that he has PH+ bCell ALL. There have been complications along the way, but he is doing great and in remission. He is my hero and the strongest kid I know
