Jireh was diagnosed at 10 months with infant B-Cell ALL with KMT2A rearrangement (formerly known as MLL), he’s high risk & we are still in treatment. We were in the hospital for almost our entire 1st year & Cure stood by us from day 1. It might sound silly for meals to mean so much but I didn’t really care about the food. I cared about the smiling faces of the people who took the time out of their day to spend time with us. I could see their smile, no mask. I felt normalcy which mattered.
