Makenzie joined CURE Childhood Cancer in August 2023 as the Development Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University and brings four years of non-profit experience. Prior to joining CURE, Makenzie worked as the Executive Director of the Tybee Island YMCA. She fell in love with non-profits and getting to know so many wonderful people.
