Kavita joined CURE in April 2026 as the Digital and Multimedia Communications Specialist. With a background working in fundraising and communications at Atlanta’s top independent schools, Kavita is excited to deepen her impact with children and families at CURE through creative digital storytelling. She also looks forward to leveraging her interest in health communications to help CURE’s mission reach more audiences; Kavita earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Emory University and a Master’s Degree in Mass Communications from the University of Florida.
