Brent McGough is an award-winning creative marketing professional with nearly a decade of experience in broadcast television, specializing in storytelling, brand strategy, and promotional production. As the Assistant Creative Services Director for Hearst Television’s WJCL 22 News in Savannah, Georgia, he develops impactful marketing campaigns that connect audiences with the stories that matter most. Known for his creative vision and attention to detail, Brent blends cinematic production with strategic messaging to create compelling content across television, digital, and social platforms. He is especially passionate about local storytelling, historical features, and projects that strengthen the connection between news organizations and the communities they serve.

Outside the newsroom, Brent enjoys exploring emerging creative technologies, photography, and documentary filmmaking while continually pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling. He is excited to bring that same creativity to CURE and looks forward to helping raise awareness of the childhood cancer journey while inspiring others to support children and families in need.
