Zianna was diagnosed with B-cell leukemia on August 17th 2021 at Hackensack Meridian Health University, New Jersey while we were visiting our extended family. She finished her induction phase there and then we came back to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta where she is currently receiving her treatment. She has recently entered maintenance phase of the treatment and is doing well. Her journey has been full of ups and downs but she is a fighter. She is so resilient an strong than I can ever imagine.
