Paula joined CURE in 2012 as the Development Manager, focusing on the overall management of the stewardship of donors and database for CURE’s annual campaign and external events. She has a broad background in data, analytics, and marketing communication from her 17-year career with Delta Air Lines, as well as nonprofit development experience from her seven years with independent schools.
Paula has a deep understanding of the overall functions of development, building and enhancing relationships with donors, prospects and other constituent groups, and the importance of using data-driven analytics to drive strategies. As Senior Manager of Analytics, Paula will use that experience to provide analytics relating to CURE’s funds, donors, and relationships to create data-driven strategies for the organization.
