Jason Counselman
(Chick-fil-A Rincon, Owner/Operator)

Jason joined the CURE Savannah Leadership Council in 2021 after nine years of fundraising and business partnerships with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other childhood cancer research organizations.

Jason has been a Chick-fil-A operator for 14 years. His passion for helping organizations such as CURE began when a team member came to him 10 years ago and shared his story of how childhood cancer had impacted his family. What started as support for his team member’s personal fundraiser grew into a business partnership, helping to increase awareness and raise funds to wipe out childhood cancer. Seeing the suffering of children and their families first through someone on his team and then through the stories of the people he encountered along the way, Jason committed to serve and help until there is a cure for childhood cancer.

As a father of two children himself, Jason believes all children should be able to grow up in a world free of cancer.

A native of Georgia, Jason lives with his wife Hannah and their children Juliet and Jackson in Guyton. He is the operator of Chick-fil-A Rincon.
