Frances Messalle has been a Senior Production Test pilot with Gulfstream Aerospace for the last four years after retiring from the U.S. Coast Guard after serving 24 years on active duty. While in the Coast Guard, she flew Gulfstream V, Challenger 604, Falcon 20, and C-130J aircraft at various Air Stations across the Coast Guard, enforcing the Services’ 11 statutory missions. She moved to the Savannah area in 2018 with her husband, Carl, who served 24 years in the Coast Guard, and their son, Andrew, who is now 16 years old.
