Childhood cancer is a disease devastating enough by itself without adding the burden of outdated treatments. I truly believe in the mission of CURE Childhood Cancer and that with the tireless efforts of many people, childhood cancers can be defeated in our lifetime. From the moment I started volunteering at CURE several years ago, I was astonished by the incredible stories of children and their families affected by childhood cancer and also by the endless dedication of the employees and volunteers. I had the desire and need to help in any way possible. I am honored to be part of this phenomenal organization.
